Firstly in order to keep your body clock regular and to not keep confusing it you should try and sleep for at least four hours straight at the same time each night/morning dependent when your shift is. Next when you’re not working say at the weekend or if you have a period of days off then this is the time you should allocate to getting some recovery sleep in bed on your mattress.
